What is your cancellation policy?

For the public tours you can cancel up to 24 hours before the tour date and get a full refund. Cancellations in less than 24 hours before the tour are not allowed.

Do we need to print our reservation?

No. You can show a copy of your reservation on a mobile device.

Do we need to wear masks during the tour?

Masks are not required. However, if you feel that you might be coughing or sneezing please wear a mask to protect others.

Can we bring a baby stroller, or a car seat?

Yes, you can.

Do you provide a wheelchair or a car seat?

We offer one wheelchair for each of our bus tours. To confirm the wheelchair availability please contact us 24 hours before the tour start time. There is no charge for the wheelchair. Due to a limited storage space in our vehicle we don’t offer a car seat.
