How do I reserve a tour or transportation service?

You can reserve online through our website or contact us directly by phone or email to confirm availability and details.

Do I need to pay in full at the time of booking?

No. Most tours and services can be reserved with a small deposit. The remaining balance is charged closer to the service date.

When is the remaining balance charged?

The remaining balance is typically charged 24 hours before the tour or transportation start time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. If you have special payment needs, please contact us in advance.

Cancellations & Changes

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Can I reschedule my tour?

Yes. However, rescheduling is possible based on availability only. Please contact us as soon as you know a change is needed. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the tour/ride start time is not allowed.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

Tours operate rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, we will work with you to adjust the itinerary or reschedule if necessary.

Pickup, Drop-off & Transportation

Where do you pick up guests from?

We offer hotel, Airbnb, and residence pickup within our service area. Morning and evening tours include pickup within 10 miles of the White House, while afternoon tours include pickup within 5 miles of the White House. Exceptions may be available for National Harbor, Springfield, Falls Church, and select areas of Fairfax County.

Can you drop us off at a different location?

Generally yes. Drop-off at a different location can usually be arranged — just let us know in advance.

What types of vehicles do you use?

We use luxury SUVs and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van, depending on group size and service type. All vehicles are clean, spacious, and climate-controlled. The vehicle pictures on our website are of our actual vehicles.

Groups, Accessibility & Luggage

Are your tours private?

Yes. All of our tours and transportation services are fully private. Your group is never combined with other guests.

How many people can fit in each vehicle?

Luxury SUVs accommodate up to 5 passengers. Groups of up to 14 guests can explore the city on our private bus & Sprinter tours.

Do you accommodate wheelchairs?

Yes. A wheelchair can be accommodated with advance notice. Please contact us before booking so we can ensure proper trunk space for the wheelchair. We also offer a complementary wheelchair. Just give us sufficient notice to bring one.

Can we bring strollers or luggage?

Yes. Our vehicles offer storage space for strollers and luggage. Please give us advance notice to make the trunk space available.

Absolutely. All private tours are customized based on your interests, pace, and time available.

How much walking is involved?

Walking is minimal and always optional. We tailor each experience to your group’s comfort level, including families and seniors. If needed, it’s perfectly fine for a family member to remain in the vehicle while others step out briefly for a photo stop.

Do you make photo stops?

Yes. We stop at great photo locations and are happy to help take pictures of your group where possible.

Are tours suitable for children and seniors?

Yes. Many of our tours include seniors and children, and we design each experience to be family-friendly and comfortable for guests of all ages.

Our driver is your tour guide. One knowledgeable professional both drives and guides your tour.

Is your tour just a driving tour?

No. We stop at landmarks throughout the tour, and you’re welcome to get out, explore, and take photos wherever you like.

Does the guide walk with us?

Generally no. When legal parking is available, our guide is happy to walk with you and provide commentary on foot.

Can we request a separate walking tour guide, and what does it cost?

A separate walking tour guide can be arranged when available for an additional cost. The fee typically ranges between $80–$100, depending on availability and duration.

Is the tour still enjoyable without a separate walking guide?

Yes. Most of our 5-star reviews come from tours where the driver also served as the guide, offering a flexible and engaging experience.

Are your tour guides knowledgeable?
