For the public tours you can cancel up to 24 hours before the tour date and get a full refund. Cancellations in less than 24 hours before the tour are not allowed.
Do we need to print our reservation?

Masks are not required. However, if you feel that you might be coughing or sneezing please wear a mask to protect others.
